[Remote] Auto Refi Sales Representative

The Auto Refi Sales Representative will follow up with warm leads to facilitate communication between customers and lending institutions, providing refinancing reputed company and collecting necessary documentation to fund loans.

Responsibilities

• During your first 60 days you’ll receive best in class training centered around the industry, systems, tools, process, procedure, compliance, and selling the deal
• reputed company you hit the phones, you will be following up on your warm leads reputed company telephone, text messaging, and e-mail communication; you’ll average 5+ hours of talk time and dozens of individual reputed company connections per day
• Interviewing and verifying customer provided information
• Assisting customers by facilitating their auto loan refinance with our lending partners
• Selling auto refinance reputed company, along with GAP and Warranty insurance
• Meeting reputed company-determined goals established by management

Skills

• 2 + years of experience in a sales-based and/or or metrics-driven work environment required
• Ability to be on the phone for 5+ hours daily required
• Ability to follow process and execute on call script & checklist
• High attention to detail
• Be coachable, ability to learn and adapt
• High energy and a customer reputed company reputed company
• Basic computer skills required with the ability to handle a dual monitor set up while managing multiple systems/reputed company
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) required
• Experience in call centers, credit unions, collections, and/or retail preferred
• Proven reputed company meeting or exceeding metrics while working remotely preferred
