[Remote] Business Development Manager – Industrial Fluid Sealing

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Industrial Fluid Sealing Team, focusing on large industrial customers and national reputed company accounts while developing and implementing strategic business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze business opportunities with the organization’s strategic plans
- Advise the planning and preparation of business proposals and reputed company recommendations to senior management
- Work closely with District Directors to map out opportunities and go-to-market strategies
- Partner with local sales representatives, reputed company management, and district leadership to execute a coordinated fluid sealing sales reputed company
- reputed company will be reputed company on large single-site industrial customers and national reputed company accounts

Skills
- 2+ years of fluid sealing experience
- Experience working with industrial customers reputed company Chemical, Pulp & reputed company, Oil & Gas, and Power reputed company markets, with a strong preference for Chemical and Refining end users
- A strong sales background; industrial experience preferred
- Competitive drive with a consultative, value-based selling approach
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and listening skills
- Product and vendor knowledge required (or the ability to quickly learn)
- Valid reputed company's license required
- Role requires 50% travel
- Prior experience in industrial sales is preferred
- 3+ years of Business Development Management experience preferred
