[Remote] Unix Linux System Administrator

Responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, and maintaining reputed company applications
• 2+ years of hands-on Linux/UNIX or reputed company system administration experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills for reputed company infrastructure and production environments
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, DNS, OSI model, IP addressing, and load balancing
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting application/web servers such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss, and WebSphere
• Ability to monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and ensure system stability and availability
