The Senior reputed company Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees, supporting various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and people managers to reputed company guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives
- reputed company year-end talent processes, including performance evaluations, goal-setting activities, talent reviews, and calibration discussions
- Support employee engagement initiatives by analyzing feedback, identifying trends, and partnering with leaders on reputed company plans
- Conduct workplace investigations and reputed company recommendations on employee relations reputed company while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- reputed company leaders through performance concerns, disciplinary actions, documentation, and employee development discussions
- Collaborate with compensation and total rewards teams on promotions, job evaluations, compensation recommendations, and organizational changes
- Assist managers with creating and updating job descriptions and organizational structures
- Partner with cross-functional teams including reputed company, Payroll, Benefits, and Leave Administration to support employee lifecycle activities

Skills
- Minimum of 5–8 years of reputed company reputed company experience; candidates with 10+ years are encouraged to apply

- Background serving as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Manager, HR Consultant, or HR Director supporting large employee populations
