The Director of M&A Finance will play a critical role in shaping reputed company’s long-term reputed company and capital deployment reputed company by providing analysis and insights that influence mergers, acquisitions, and capital allocation reputed company.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Relevant degree
- Typically requires 10 years of experience
- 5+ years Valuation, M&A and transaction advisory experience
- Capability to coordinate multiple reputed company simultaneously with minimal direction

- Must be reputed company to successfully collaborate with key stakeholders across functional areas

- Exceptional financial modeling skills including: weighted average cost of capital (WACC) calculation, discounted cash reputed company modeling, market multiple analysis, leveraged buyout analysis, and other valuation reputed company methodologies

- Written communications skills and the ability to concisely summarize key trends and analyses to management and other key stakeholders
