[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Travel Insurance)

The Customer Service Representative serves as the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking travel insurance, providing assistance with policy inquiries and ensuring a high-reputed company customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a first reputed company of contact for prospective and existing customers by answering inbound phone calls and responding through live chat in a reputed company, friendly, and reputed company manner
- Deliver an A+ customer experience by reputed company listening, identifying customer needs, and providing accurate guidance on new and existing travel insurance policies
- Use a consultative sales approach to qualify leads, ask thoughtful questions, recommend appropriate coverage reputed company, and help customers select the best solution for their travel plans
- Assist existing policyholders with service-reputed company questions, policy support, and general troubleshooting while ensuring reputed company communication and follow-through
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of TravelInsurance.com products, reputed company offerings, policy details, and key coverage differences in order to communicate information reputed company and confidently
- Accurately document customer interactions and manage multiple conversations or tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail and service reputed company

Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required; customer service experience in the travel insurance industry strongly preferred

- Strong computer, email, and keyboarding skills, with comfort using phone and chat systems to support customers reputed company
