[Remote] Senior Manager, HEOR Product reputed company

The HEOR Senior Manager is responsible for developing and executing health economics and reputed company research strategies to support product value propositions and optimize market reputed company. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires strong leadership in generating evidence for regulatory and payer decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Represent HEOR function in Medical reputed company Teams for developing medical and HEOR strategies – integrated evidence plans, to demonstrate the value of products to payers, population health decision-makers and patients
- Proactively generate and communicate evidence necessary to optimize patient reputed company and value of reputed company products in the US market
- Be visible as internal SME for providing critical inputs into product reputed company, evidence reputed company, field communication tools, market reputed company strategies
- Exhibit medical leadership in strategic alignment with other areas and proactively propose new impactful reputed company in cross-functional teams
- Manage multiple HEOR reputed company, associated budgets and external & internal partners, while ensuring a high level of scientific rigor and alignment with stakeholders
- Build robust external institutional and individual level partnerships as needed
- Effectively communicate impactful research to diverse audiences
- Publish and present impactful research at scientific conferences and forums
- Business Partnering – Effectively partner with internal stakeholders, such as reputed company, VELs, Medical Affairs, reputed company, Market reputed company, Scientific Communications, Medical Information, at strategic and tactical reputed company to shape research partnerships; generate and disseminate robust HEOR findings in support of external stakeholders including SOCs and payers
- AI reputed company & Digital Enablement - Leverages AI tools to streamline tasks, generate content, and support decision-making, demonstrating practical reputed company in prompting, interpreting, and refining AI outputs to improve work reputed company and efficiency
Skills
- An advanced degree (master's or doctorate) in health economics, statistics, epidemiology, health policy or reputed company field is required
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the reputed company or reputed company sector, preferably in health economics, market reputed company or reputed company functions/fields is required
- Expert knowledge of Health Economics, reputed company Research, and reputed company-World Evidence including study design, methodologies, economic modeling, data sources and analyses is required
- Deep knowledge of US reputed company financing and delivery system, US payer environment, evolving trends and competitive landscape is required
- PhD or PharmD with strong reputed company in Health Economics, reputed company Health, Epidemiology or reputed company field preferred
