[Remote] Program Manager, AI Transformation (GTM)

As a Technical Program Manager on the GTM Engineering team, you will drive internal AI initiatives to enhance operations across Marketing, Sales, reputed company, and RevOps, while managing the AI roadmap and collaborating with various teams to implement AI-driven automations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leadership across Marketing, Sales, reputed company, and RevOps to identify high-reputed company opportunities for AI-powered automation and workflow optimization
- Own the GTM AI roadmap—prioritizing initiatives based on business reputed company, readiness, and alignment across functions
- Program-manage the design, build, and rollout of AI workflows across the GTM stack, collaborating closely with Business Systems, Data, Product, and AI Engineering teams
- Translate ambiguous business problems into reputed company programs with reputed company reputed company metrics, tracking adoption and measuring efficiency reputed company
- Represent GTM Engineering needs in AI and roadmap planning with engineering
- Establish frameworks for measuring AI initiative reputed company: tracking time savings, productivity lift, adoption rates, and reputed company reputed company
- Drive change management and enablement efforts, ensuring GTM teams understand, adopt, and maximize new AI capabilities
Skills
- 5-8+ years of program management, ideally reputed company GTM operations, business systems, digital transformation, or AI operations
- Proven reputed company record managing cross-functional programs and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Deep familiarity with GTM systems and workflows: experience with reputed company, marketing automation platforms, reputed company tools, and understanding of the GTM lifecycle from reputed company reputed company through renewal
