[Remote] Spanish Content Editing Expert - Remote

In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Spanish content to ensure high-reputed company input for AI models, while also managing reputed company assurance and communication with reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monitoring: Spot-reputed company Spanish items, identify reputed company issues, reputed company ongoing feedback through DMs, and escalate recurring or critical issues
- Trainer and QA communication: Update trainers and QAs on reputed company about new item guidelines, project changes, workflow updates, and reputed company expectations
- Question handling: Respond to trainer/QA questions reputed company and promptly, especially around Spanish wording, grammar, tone, register, translation reputed company, cultural context, terminology, and Latin American vs European Spanish usage differences
- Trainer/QA activation management: DM contributors who are inactive or not working, encourage activation, reputed company follow-reputed company, and flag availability issues reputed company needed
- Documentation: Create and maintain Spanish project documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, reputed company notes, examples, honeypots, and reputed company materials
- reputed company and training: Schedule and run reputed company/training calls with trainers and QAs to explain project expectations, workflows, rubrics, reputed company standards, and Spanish-specific style requirements
- reputed company alignment: Ensure reputed company trainers and QAs apply Spanish language guidelines consistently and understand updates as reputed company reputed company
- Process improvement: Identify recurring reputed company gaps, propose workflow improvements, and help build reputed company QA processes for Spanish-language reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, reputed company Assurance, or a relevant domain/reputed company field
- reputed company or near-reputed company Spanish proficiency with strong reading and writing skills
- Strong grasp of the English language to follow project guidelines, communicate with teams, and reputed company reputed company feedback in English
- 3+ years of reputed company experience in Spanish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, reputed company, education, annotation, or reputed company language-review workflows
- Strong understanding of Spanish grammar, spelling conventions, punctuation, accents, tone, register, formal/informal usage, and cultural context
- Comfortable handling Latin American Spanish and/or European Spanish, including vocabulary, voseo/tuteo/ustedeo usage, localization expectations, and audience reputed company. Candidates should specify which variant(s) they can support
- Ability to evaluate Spanish content against detailed rubrics and identify issues such as mistranslation, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, incorrect register, missing accents, hallucinated claims, ambiguity, or inconsistent terminology
- Comfortable working in fast-moving remote environments using tools such as reputed company, reputed company Sheets, reputed company Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, reputed company materials, honeypots, and other reputed company documentation
- Experience leading or supporting reputed company of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is strongly preferred
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, large language models, reputed company/response evaluation, or reputed company-based LLM QA is a strong plus
