Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships while sourcing new business
- Conduct cold reputed company reputed company phone and email to reputed company, lenders, title companies, REITs, and corporations
- Utilize a consultative sales approach reputed company on securing end-user commitment for reputed company service needs
- reputed company a working knowledge of reputed company service offerings and reputed company reputed company estate transactions (training provided)
- Research, plan, and execute sales trips; report reputed company and activity to management
- Manage territory reputed company, scheduling, and reporting with minimal supervision
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience, including relationship building, cold calling, and travel planning
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency in reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
- Business-reputed company degree preferred
- Experience selling reputed company services or other intangibles preferred
