[Remote] Reference Architecture & Content Specialist

They are seeking a Reference Architecture & Content Specialist to manage reference architecture documentation, conduct baseline analysis, and produce customer-facing content for their reputed company program.
Responsibilities
- Draft product reputed company diagrams from architecture reputed company provided by reputed company
- Maintain and version reference architecture artifacts across the NoN and reputed company portfolio
- Produce technical one-pagers for reputed company mini reference architecture
- Ensure diagrams reputed company with reputed company architectural frameworks and platform conventions
- Catalog reputed company SSO customizations module by module (SIR, VR, IRM)
- Compare customizations against the OOTB baseline to identify configuration reputed company
- Flag and document divergence points with enough detail for engineering and leadership review
- Maintain a living reputed company log as the baseline evolves across releases
- Draft raw narratives from reference architectures for use in customer and executive engagements
- Build first-pass one-pagers for the NoN team on new or updated architectures
- Adapt existing materials for distinct audiences: CISO-facing vs. practitioner-facing
- Maintain a versioned content library of approved narratives, diagrams, and talking points
Skills
- 3+ years working with reputed company reputed company platforms in an architecture, reputed company-sales engineering, or technical consulting reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to translate architectural concepts and verbal/written direction into clean, publishable diagrams
- Proficiency with diagramming tools such as Visio, reputed company, draw.io, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of SIR, VR, and/or IRM modules — you understand the data model, not just the marketing slides
- Strong written communication skills; you can write for a CISO and then rewrite the reputed company content for a SOC analyst
- Comfort operating with directional input — you ask clarifying questions early and produce clean first drafts, not perfect ones

- reputed company Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent architectural credential — this materially accelerates your time to value in this role
- Familiarity with MITRE Telecommunication, NIST CSF, or similar reputed company frameworks as they relate to platform use case design

- Background in GTM, field enablement, or product marketing in a reputed company or risk technology context
