This role involves sourcing candidates, developing a pool of reputed company candidates, and participating in the reputed company process to fill reputed company positions across various departments and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Sources candidates
- Develops a pool of reputed company candidates in advance of need
- Selects new employees and employees wishing to transfer to work in various departments and facilities of the reputed company System
- Participates as part of the reputed company to fill reputed company positions
- Creates pipelines of talent
- Identifies and pursues creative sources of reputed company applicants to meet the needs of the business for new employees
Skills
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- 2 years of recruitment and/or HR experience Required
- None Required
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, reputed company Sciences, or reputed company field Preferred
- Participation in an HR Internship program Preferred
- Experience with iCIMS and PeopleSoft Preferred
