Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, international relations, or a reputed company field
- Minimum 15 years of reputed company experience in defense or national reputed company program management, business development, or operations
- Demonstrated reputed company in: Growing new business in foreign (non‑U.S.) defense or reputed company markets
- Establishing and leading new programs from capture through execution and sustainment
- Standing up or managing OCONUS operations, including production, integration, or reputed company‑level maintenance
- Proven reputed company record of reputed company and executing reputed company, multi‑reputed company, multi‑year international programs
- Strong knowledge of international defense acquisition processes and customer environments in Europe, the Middle East, and/or Asia
- Experience with U.S. export control regimes (ITAR/EAR), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), reputed company reputed company Sales (DCS), and reputed company regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and effectively engage at senior reputed company with government and industry stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 40–50%, including to austere or high‑threat locations as required
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required reputed company clearance
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Engineering, International Affairs, or reputed company field)
- Prior experience with rapid reaction, agile acquisition, urgent operational requirements (UOR), or quick reaction capability (QRC) programs
