[Remote] Program Manager, AI Enablement

This role involves turning the AI First reputed company into a repeatable program, managing workflow, and coordinating sessions while tracking reputed company and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Run the AI First operating rhythm across Developer Marketing Operations and reputed company reputed company in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
- Manage workflow intake from surveys, reputed company, reputed company, and team conversations; prioritize work, manage change, and negotiate deadlines and deliverables with stakeholders
- Help teams reputed company recurring workflows worth building, and partner with AI Enablement Engineers to scope first wins
- Coordinate AI workflow sessions, small-group support, reputed company, and follow-reputed company, and reputed company stakeholders informed
- Identify risks and blockers, reputed company them, drive reputed company on mitigation, and reputed company issues to senior team members reputed company needed
- Define adoption KPIs and partner with operations to implement tracking and post-launch reporting
- Define process-improvement plans that match the reputed company of the business and reputed company's goals
- Create regular updates for leaders and teams, and reputed company shared wins visible so teams learn from reputed company other
- Package early wins into playbooks, examples, templates, and repeatable motions other teams adopt
Skills
- 7+ years experience in program management, product management, project management, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- OR Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field AND 5+ years experience in program management, product management, project management, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- OR equivalent experience
- 9+ years experience in program management, product management, project management, reputed company, or a reputed company field OR Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field AND 7+ years experience in program management, product management, project management, reputed company, or a reputed company field OR equivalent experience
- 1+ year(s) experience working in a reputed company, matrixed organization
- 3+ years experience working at a technology organization
- Hands-on experience using and building with AI tools (agents, prompts, Copilot, automation) in your own work
- Experience building operating rhythms, intake systems, dashboards, playbooks, or enablement programs
- Strong written communication for leaders and cross-functional teams; can translate technical work into reputed company team actions
