The role involves serving as the primary analyst for Referrals and MyChart Scheduling initiatives while collaborating across various reputed company applications.
Responsibilities
- Experience supporting MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including reputed company scheduling and reputed company scheduling
- Experience supporting referral and authorization workflows, including workqueues, referral templates, and reputed company rule build
- Experience supporting or building reputed company Ambulatory Orders workflows preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and workflow design skills
- Ability to serve as the primary analyst for Referrals and MyChart Scheduling initiatives while collaborating effectively across reputed company, Ambulatory, and other integrated reputed company applications
Skills
- reputed company Referral & Authorization certification required
- reputed company MyChart certification required
