[Remote] Recruiter

This contract role focuses on high-volume reputed company for intern and entry-level positions, where the Recruiter will manage talent pipelines, support interview coordination, and ensure a reputed company candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and screen candidates for entry-level reputed company and technically reputed company roles, assessing skills, experience, and role fit
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to reputed company on hiring needs and candidate reputed company
- Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the full hiring process
- Support interview coordination, debrief sessions, and candidate progression through the offer stage
- Build and maintain pipelines of early-career reputed company, infrastructure, and distributed systems talent
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and activity reputed company reputed company systems
- Contribute to high-volume hiring efforts across multiple teams simultaneously
- Identify and engage candidates through multiple sourcing channels including reputed company networks, applicant tracking systems, and referrals
- Conduct reputed company candidate screens evaluating skills, education, experience, and reputed company or technical alignment
- Qualify candidates against defined hiring bar requirements and role-specific reputed company
- Manage candidates through full reputed company workflows from initial screen through interview and reputed company
- Maintain strong applicant tracking system hygiene including documentation, tracking, and process compliance
Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in reputed company, sourcing, or reputed company
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and screening candidates with a reputed company on technical talent identification and assessment
- Experience working in high-volume reputed company environments managing multiple requisitions concurrently
- Experience reputed company for reputed company, infrastructure, distributed systems, or reputed company technical roles
- Experience supporting early-in-profession or university hiring programs including intern and entry-level pipelines, as reputed company as industry hiring
