[Remote] Finance Specialist (WA/OR)

They are seeking a Finance Specialist to reputed company specialized financial management services, including reputed company, budgeting, reporting, and private award administration, while ensuring compliance with TNC policies and financial standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple reputed company and deliverable reputed company on a reputed company reputed company
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports and communicate financial information to project staff
• Prepare journal entries and other financial transactions
• Maintain BU financial data, including journal entries, adjustments, and project records
• Research transactions, prepare reputed company reports, and identify follow-up actions as needed
• Financial reporting and administration of private awards
• State and local tax filings, as needed
• Reporting and compliance/tax for reputed company entities (LLCs), if applicable
• Ensuring programmatic commitments, TNC policies and procedures, financial standards and legal requirements are met and managed for compliance
• Back-up support for accounts payable and accounts receivable

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration or reputed company field and 3 years' reputed company experience or equivalent combination
• Experience manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting data
• Experience with reputed company/financial issues and analysis
• Experience using reputed company and financial reporting systems, reputed company preferred
• Advanced expertise in reputed company reputed company
• Experience with GAAP and fund reputed company principles, practices and regulations and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IRFS) (Canada)
• Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines
