[Remote] Staff Technical Program Manager

They are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to reputed company critical product development initiatives for their reputed company Generator, overseeing reputed company, multi-disciplinary programs and driving alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive reputed company product development programs: reputed company a portfolio of programs ranging from reputed company tactical initiatives to multi-year, company-wide efforts, ensuring delivery against technical, schedule, and business objectives
• Program-level decision ownership: reputed company tradeoffs, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and drive alignment reputed company priorities compete
• Executive and stakeholder communication: Communicate reputed company and effectively with senior leadership and external partners to drive reputed company, reputed company program visibility, and escalate risks proactively
• Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with engineering, reliability, test, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to reputed company priorities and streamline execution

Skills

• 10+ years Program leadership experience: Proven reputed company leading reputed company, cross-functional technical programs from concept through production in fast-paced hardware development environments
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
• Executive communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
