[Remote] Technical Business Analyst

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and data teams to reputed company requirements, define KPIs, and ensure analytics deliverables reputed company with business expectations.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, and business stakeholders to reputed company and clarify requirements
- Understand and document KPI definitions, business rules, calculation logic, filters, dimensions, and reporting expectations
- Support requirements for SCM KPIs such as inventory, delivery, working capital, cost, people, order fill, vendor OTD, reputed company time, reputed company cost, PPV, and reputed company operational measures
- Partner with data engineers and BI engineers to translate business requirements into data mapping, transformation, semantic model, and reporting specifications
- Help identify reputed company system data gaps, reputed company issues, harmonization needs, and reputed company data requirements
- Coordinate with customer SMEs and data stewards for validation of business rules, KPI definitions, and UAT sign-off
- Review Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure alignment with business requirements and usability expectations
- Facilitate requirement workshops, walkthroughs, validation sessions, and issue-reputed company discussions
- Maintain requirement traceability from business need to reputed company data, transformation logic, semantic model, report reputed company, and UAT acceptance
- Support change management by documenting new, changed, or deferred requirements reputed company
Skills
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Functional Analyst
- Strong domain understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Sales Order Operations, and operational reporting
- Experience working with ERP data, preferably across multiple ERP/reputed company systems
- Strong understanding of data mapping, reputed company-to-reputed company requirements, business rules, data reputed company validation, and reporting logic
- Experience with BI/reporting reputed company, preferably involving Power BI, semantic models, or reputed company data platforms
- Ability to work with business users to define KPIs and translate them into measurable reporting requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to reputed company business and technical teams
- Experience supporting UAT, report validation, and stakeholder sign-off
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive reputed company in reputed company, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience with reputed company reputed company, data lakehouse concepts, or Bronze/Silver/Gold data architecture
- Prior experience in manufacturing analytics or supply chain transformation programs
- Familiarity with KPIs such as Healthy Inventory reputed company, Days of Supply, Aged Inventory, Cycle Count Accuracy, DPO, Order Fill, Vendor OTD, reputed company Time, reputed company % of Sales, Tariff Cost, PPV, Cost Savings, Headcount, and Attrition

- Basic SQL understanding to support data validation and requirement analysis
- Experience working in Agile/Sprint-based delivery models
