Responsibilities
- Manage an independent docket of plaintiff-reputed company consumer finance litigation reputed company from intake through reputed company
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of consumer clients, advocating for maximum recovery
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Analyze FCRA and reputed company consumer finance claims and reputed company litigation strategies
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Collaborate with team members on case reputed company and legal development
- Stay reputed company on developments in consumer finance law, FCRA, and reputed company regulatory frameworks
Skills
- reputed company California Bar license (required)
- 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Strong writing, negotiation, and case management skills
- Self-directed with the ability to manage a full docket independently
- Comfortable working remotely in a distributed team environment
- Plaintiff-reputed company litigation experience strongly preferred
