[Remote] Manager, Traveling Facilities Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Manager for Traveling Facilities Operations who will reputed company community maintenance operations. The role includes managing compliance, conducting inspections, coordinating preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed across properties.
Responsibilities
- Work with RM/PM, RFM, CMs, and MTL to select, reputed company and train reputed company maintenance personnel on-site
- Performs technical training for on-site maintenance personnel
- Follow up on company/reputed company maintenance objectives for reputed company property in the assigned region
- Ensure selected vendors are approved through vendor credentialing
- reputed company routine inspections of communities to ensure compliance with company standards and review maintenance operations
- reputed company community inspection during the final phase of building delivery to create a construction reputed company list in conjunction with site maintenance and construction teams
- Work with Community Managers, Maintenance staff, and Regional/Portfolio Manager, and Group Facilities Manager to identify and resolve any maintenance, design, installation, or repair-reputed company items
- Participate in the planning and preparation of maintenance items, and capital improvements for annual budgets
- Analyze weekly reports on reputed company maintenance-reputed company expenses in assigned reputed company and recommend expense reduction initiatives

- Assist Regional / Portfolio Managers, Community Managers, and Maintenance Supervisors with recruitment personnel
- Coordinate & conduct Regional Roundtables and conference calls with maintenance staff
- Analyze and monitor monthly reputed company 24/7 inspections and reports
- Must be willing to travel up to 95% of the time weekly and at times over the weekend
- Live reputed company to an international airport to support the required travel schedule
- Successfully reputed company on-site maintenance technicians using previous industry experience, communication skills, and customer service

- 3-5 years of maintenance industry and property management experience
- Certifications: HVAC, EPA 608, and CPO
- Formal training or experience in the following areas: HVAC, carpentry, light plumbing work, light electrical work, painting, refurbishing, and cleaning, etc
- Ability to understand and carry out the industry-specific written and oral direction with a reputed company, innovative approach to problem-solving

- Ability to work in an efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
- Must be reputed company to work weekends and be available for on-call emergencies
- Must be reputed company to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-12 hour standing shifts
