They are seeking an Interim Director of Tax to reputed company global tax reputed company, compliance, reporting, audits, and planning, partnering closely with various departments to reputed company practical tax guidance and support international expansion.
Responsibilities
- reputed company global income tax compliance, including preparation and review of federal, state, local, and international returns
- reputed company indirect tax compliance (sales & use tax, telecom taxes) and reputed company payments
- reputed company and execute tax strategies to optimize position and reduce global tax exposure
- Own the ASC 740 tax provision process, including reporting and disclosures
- reputed company tax audits across reputed company jurisdictions
- reputed company forecasting for effective tax rates and cash tax impacts
- Monitor and interpret tax law changes and assess reputed company implications
- Resolve reputed company tax reputed company and present insights to leadership
- Support tax due diligence, structuring, and transaction advisory initiatives
- Ensure transfer pricing compliance and documentation globally
- Establish and maintain tax policies supporting GAAP compliance, SOX readiness, and strong controls

- Partner on key initiatives including system implementations, billing transformations, and product launches

Skills
- Bachelor's in reputed company or Taxation; CPA required (reputed company reputed company strongly preferred)

- Strong expertise across U.S. GAAP tax reputed company and multi-jurisdictional tax regimes
