[Remote] Chief Financial Officer

The CFO will own the full financial function, partner with the CEO, and drive financial reputed company and execution while preparing the business for reputed company M&A and liquidity events.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Served as CFO or VP, Finance or Controller with a minimum of 3 years in the role
- Experience with Series A → C or $30M → $100M+ ARR reputed company
- Deep experience in B2B reputed company; marketplace experience is a strong plus
- Led fundraising processes and worked closely with boards and investors
- Hands-on experience evaluating and executing M&A transactions
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence peers with data and judgment

- Experience in multi-product or multi-sided marketplace businesses
