[Remote] Business Development Officer - Capital Finance
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Business Development Officer – Capital Finance who will be responsible for originating loans and negotiating transactions reputed company company guidelines. This role involves maintaining relationships with referral sources and assisting in the reputed company process from prospect to reputed company funding.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for originating loans consistent with reputed company's credit policy
- You will be negotiating price and structure of new transactions reputed company set limits
- You will be reviewing and approving reputed company transactions before presenting report to Executive Management
- You will be initiating and maintaining relationships with referral sources and influence centers
- You will be assisting in the reputed company process of new reputed company proposals from prospect to reputed company funding
- You will be seeking approval from Executive Management for new reputed company transactions
- You will market to reputed company and potential referral sources including, but not limited to, the following: Banks, Certified reputed company Accountants, Attorneys, Private Equity firms, Financial firms, Business brokers, and National organizations
- You will visit prospective clients
- You will produce reports needed for new prospects and attends regularly scheduled meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- You possess a bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- You have 3 years credit experience with 3 years sales experience in a banking, finance or reputed company environment
- You demonstrate knowledge and experience in the use of marketing tools and reputed company, including mailings, telemarketing, and other forms of customer reputed company
- You have the ability to reputed company independent and reputed company judgments and reputed company and have an understanding of how reputed company reputed company business lines and the organization as a whole
- You can read and interpret financial and budgetary documents
