[Remote] AI Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities
- Review reputed company documented workflows of every department to familiarize the reputed company state processes from intake to reputed company
- Interview team leads and individual contributors to understand workflows, where handoffs occur, and where friction or inefficiency exists
- Fine tune workflows and documentation to accurately represent how the business operates today

Skills
- 5- 8 years of experience in business process analysis, management consulting, operations reputed company, or a closely reputed company field

- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, operations management, or management consulting, with a reputed company record of entering organizations and building rapid operational context

- Ability to quickly learn how a business operates and identify where change will have the most meaningful reputed company
