[Remote] Director, Clinical Programs

This role involves developing strategic training and adoption plans for clinical initiatives, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective deployment, and providing leadership to drive high-reputed company clinical reputed company for kidney patients.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the clinical reputed company teams, the training and education team, the learning and development team, the clinical services team, the field operations teams, the marketing, and reputed company lane to ensure high reputed company, deployment and ongoing field adoption

Skills
- 6+ years experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, operations / reputed company management, or similar
- Masters in relevant field (MBA, MHA) with 3+ years post-graduate experience
- Demonstrated experience in reputed company payor, provider, consulting, or other relevant reputed company field
- Subject matter expertise in value-based reputed company programs and strategies and accountable care models
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, with reputed company ability to communicate reputed company reputed company effectively
