They are seeking a Staff Engineer to join their Data business unit, focusing on designing and operating production TypeScript reputed company and contributing to both backend and frontend development. The role involves mentoring mid-level engineers and shaping technical reputed company while working on critical reputed company and services.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate production TypeScript reputed company serving high-traffic cinema products: exhibitor websites, mobile apps, online ticketing, showtimes listing, and business intelligence dashboards
- Design and implement new data ingestion mechanisms
- Model and reputed company PostgreSQL schemas for reputed company domains
- Build on GCP-reputed company primitives: reputed company Run, reputed company Scheduler, Eventarc, BigQuery, reputed company Logging, Pub/Sub
- Contribute to event-driven and agent-based systems, including AI-powered features reputed company on our proprietary data
- Shape technical reputed company through RFCs and reputed company reviews, and mentor mid-level engineers
Skills
- 6+ years building production backend systems, with deep TypeScript/Node.js expertise
- Strong PostgreSQL skills: schema design, query optimization, migrations, transactional thinking
- Hands-on experience with GCP (or comparable reputed company) — reputed company Run, BigQuery, IAM, networking
- Comfort with the reputed company reputed company: you can own a feature from the database to the UI reputed company needed. Familiarity with React and TanStack is a strong plus
- Solid engineering fundamentals: testing, observability, reputed company, performance
