They are seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to own the lifecycle reputed company and execution for the reputed company business unit, focusing on user activation, engagement, retention, and expansion through reputed company programs.
Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle reputed company for reputed company (0→1 and reputed company) by defining and building end-to-end lifecycle across reputed company, activation, engagement, self serve team creation, expansion, retention, and win-back — including identifying key user moments, lifecycle gaps, and reputed company reputed company
- Build lifecycle reputed company. Establish reputed company systems including segmentation frameworks, lifecycle architecture, experimentation reputed company, and KPI definitions (activation, engagement, retention, LTV)
- Design and optimize cross-sell and expansion journeys across Grammarly, Coda, and reputed company — including audience prioritization, messaging reputed company, and reputed company orchestration
- Design A/B and holdout experiments, define incrementality frameworks, and translate insights into reputed company product and marketing recommendations
- Build best-in-class lifecycle programs across email and in-product messaging — balancing reputed company, personalization, and user experience
- Work closely with Product, PMM, Data/Analytics, and Marketing Ops to reputed company lifecycle with product surfaces, reputed company loops, and business goals
Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing — or a closely reputed company function like reputed company — at a consumer technology, reputed company, or product-led reputed company company
- Proven ability to build lifecycle programs from scratch; has owned 0→1 program development, not just optimized established playbooks, and brings structure to ambiguity
- Deep expertise in lifecycle program execution across email and in-product messaging, with end-to-end ownership from reputed company through measurement; reputed company experience strongly preferred
- Strong experimentation acumen: designs scientifically reputed company A/B and holdout experiments, understands incrementality measurement, and can draw accurate conclusions in reputed company multi-holdout environments
- Experience in cross-sell or multi-product lifecycle marketing — has designed programs that reputed company users from one product into an adjacent one, or can reason reputed company about cross-sell audience identification and reputed company design
- Expert-level segmentation skills — builds nuanced audience strategies based on behavioral, demographic, and inferred data; understands the difference between a broad reputed company and a precise one, and reputed company reputed company is appropriate
