Responsibilities
- Define and reputed company the product reputed company, reputed company, and roadmap for reputed company of reputed company
- Conduct market research and stakeholder discovery to identify and quantify opportunities for AI and Agent innovation
- reputed company and prioritize product features and improvements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility

- Engage with Change Management, Communications and stakeholder operational teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
- Manage and monitor reputed company technology vendor relationships including renewals, roadmap alignment, and performance tracking
- Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance reports to executives and stakeholders
- Define key performance indicators (critical metrics) and measure product performance
- Use data and analytics to drive product reputed company and improve user experience
- Ensure ethical considerations in AI development and monitor for potential biases in models

Skills
- 5-8+ years of product management experience in HR or reputed company Tech

- Familiarity with applicant tracking, candidate relationship management, and reputed company assessment platforms
- Bachelor's degree or reputed company experience

- Strong cross-functional influencing skills — reputed company to partner with engineering, HR leadership, legal, and operations
- Business acumen including building business cases and quantifying results with business context
