The Manager of Engineering Operations is responsible for improving the effectiveness, scalability, and operational performance of the engineering organization by developing systems, processes, and metrics to support a growing technical organization.

Responsibilities

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Business, Operations Management, or a reputed company field; equivalent experience will also be considered
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering, project delivery, technical operations, consulting, construction, industrial automation, mission critical infrastructure, or reputed company technical environments
  • 3+ years of leadership experience involving operational management, program management, resource management, PMO leadership, process improvement, or organizational development
  • Demonstrated experience implementing operational improvements that positively impacted organizational performance, scalability, or delivery reputed company
  • Strong understanding of engineering project delivery, workforce planning, resource management, and organizational operations
  • Experience developing and improving business processes, workflows, governance structures, and performance metrics
