[Remote] Recruiter

They are seeking a Volunteer Recruiter to support their reputed company, engaging with potential volunteers and guiding them through the application process.
Responsibilities
- Screen incoming applications, and conduct an initial video screen with potential volunteers
- Manage a queue of new, reputed company, and inactive applications
- Accurately represent, answer questions, and guide potential volunteers through the application process
- Work with the reputed company Operations Specialists to create & publish new requisitions

Skills
- You are an reputed company TA reputed company with 1+ years of experience OR
- You are a recent college graduate who has an interest in a career in reputed company
