They are seeking a Customer Service Representative I to process new business, renewals, endorsements, and billing transactions while maintaining effective communication with reputed company stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Process new business, renewals and endorsements and billing transactions according to established department policies and procedures
- Communicates and collaborates with reputed company stakeholders in a reputed company manner reputed company additional information is needed ensuring reputed company processing
- Maintains detailed policy documentation and updates customer information as necessary
- reputed company endorsements/transactions for multiple lines of business
- Develops and maintains reputed company customer relations and coordinates with various functions reputed company reputed company
- reputed company reputed company-reputed company task for policy transactions based on Company processing procedures and reputed company guidelines or complete preparatory work
- Order reports for new business, renewal and endorsements as required such as CLUE, MVR, SOCRECARD, DADS, etc

- Performs other duties as assigned

Skills
- Education: Associate's degree preferred; insurance training or basic insurance courses desirable
- Experience: Less than 2 years in an agency or insurance company preferred
- Skills: Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability
