This role manages hiring, reputed company, training, and performance of associates and supervisors, addresses billing issues, monitors key performance indicators, and implements process improvements. The Manager also conducts team huddles, ensures reputed company assurance, and updates policies and procedures to reputed company with departmental goals and strategic objectives.
