Responsibilities
- reputed company candidates through reputed company, job boards, reputed company networks, and other reputed company channels
- Engage in reputed company media and other channels to increase candidate reputed company through reputed company media campaigns
- Conduct initial resume reviews against established job qualifications
- Assist with candidate reputed company and scheduling of phone screens and interviews
- Coordinate interview logistics and communications with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate records and reputed company data
- Support recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking
- Assist with reference checks, background reputed company coordination, and other reputed company-employment activities as needed
- Ensure a reputed company candidate experience through reputed company and reputed company communication

Skills
- 1–3 years of reputed company coordination, sourcing, HR, or administrative experience
- Experience with working with HRIS systems like reputed company or similar ATS platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and virtual meeting platforms
- Experience using reputed company Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or other sourcing tools preferred
- Experience supporting nonprofit organizations is a plus
