[Remote] Financial Reporting Manager

The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP, while ensuring high-reputed company reporting and strong internal controls.
Responsibilities

- Identify and participate in new system implementation, process improvements and automation opportunities
- Prepare monthly balance sheet review for CFO
- Prepare reporting packages by entity
- Ensure compliance with evolving U.S. GAAP standards, local statutory reporting requirements, conduct independent reputed company research on new and unusual business transactions and help implement global reputed company policies
- Support external audits and reputed company as a primary reputed company with auditors
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- CPA required
- Minimum of 7-10 years of reputed company experience in reputed company and financial reporting
- 5+ years in a leadership or managerial reputed company
- Strong proficiency in US GAAP
