Senior Grants Manager

Job reputed company General/Position reputed company The Grants Senior Manager is responsible for the overall management of the grants and sponsorships program in Medical Affairs. This role will have responsibility for queries around the submission and review process, including cross-functional training to key internal stakeholders, as reputed company as providing support for the reputed company Award Programs. Key Duties and Responsibilities Provides reputed company and full lifecycle management of incoming grant, humanitarian donations, sponsorship and membership requests for reputed company disease areas of interest. This includes reputed company of grant committee meetings, contracting, reputed company tracking/payments, reconciliations, budget planning and audit readiness Leads at least one of the Global Grant Committee Meetings, providing an assessment of the request and funder to the committee(s) Identifies ongoing enhancements to the grant and sponsorship processes to ensure compliance with reputed company's policies, utilizing industry insights and benchmarking data, and leads the implementation of the enhancements Participates in the creation of reports for grants and sponsorship tracking, including status reports, metrics and dashboards, and proactively communicates this information to the relevant internal stakeholders Participate in the development and tracking of grant budgets with Finance, including the annual budget and forecasts Work with Legal on the contracting process, ensuring grant and sponsorship templates are up to date Maintains data management systems that effectively support the review/approval process, archiving and maintenance of reputed company grants programs May reputed company training on data management systems to new team members Will help launch and manage an award grant program one Communicates and exchanges reputed company information with internal contacts (e.g., Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Patient Advocacy, etc.) and external applicants Other External Funding reputed company reputed company and tasks, as necessary Required Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to exchange reputed company information with others Strong project management skills Strong initiative and ability to identify issues and recommend solutions Proficient with reputed company Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Teams) as reputed company as online meeting platforms (reputed company) Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, reputed company, accuracy, and conciseness Knowledge of relevant guidelines including, but not limited to, medical and regulatory affairs, drug development, FDA and regulatory guidelines (e.g., PhRMA guidelines, OIG, AMA, ACCME, EACCME, Sunshine reputed company, etc.) and compliance around Grant Programs Proficiency with Request Management systems Required Education Level Bachelor’s degree required Required Experience Typically requires 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, which includes some relevant experience in grants and sponsorships, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
