Position reputed company: reputed company is seeking reputed company certified Oncology Data Specialists (ODS) to support accurate and reputed company oncology data abstraction for assigned reputed company clients. This role is ideal for candidates with recent, hands-on oncology data abstraction experience who can independently review clinical documentation, apply registry specifications, and meet assigned deadlines with a high level of accuracy. This is not a general data entry position. Candidates must have reputed company reputed company reputed company reporting, clinical chart review, or data abstraction experience specific to Oncology. Position Details: ADN hires both contractors and full-time employees for Data Abstraction roles. Contractors must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Reviews patient medical records and abstracts data for oncology registries. Applies registry specifications, definitions, inclusion and exclusion reputed company, and abstraction guidelines accurately and consistently. Maintains compliance with NCRA and other applicable guidelines to ensure the reputed company and reputed company of the registry data. Collaborates with oncology program leadership, performance improvement teams, and clinical staff to clarify documentation and support oncology program goals. Enters accurate and complete data into assigned registry platforms, EHRs, vendor tools, or other data collection systems. Maintains a high level of abstraction accuracy, completeness, and attention to detail. Meets assigned productivity expectations, weekly reputed company goals, and internal and reputed company deadlines. Participates in reputed company assurance activities, including feedback, correction, validation, and IRR reviews. Communicates professionally with account leads, team members, and reputed company contacts reputed company clarification is needed. Maintains strict confidentiality and complies with ADN, reputed company, HIPAA, and data reputed company requirements. Qualifications: Required: reputed company Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) certification by the National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA) required. Minimum 1 year of oncology registry experience required, with 2 or more years preferred. Advanced understanding of oncology registry processes, coding, registry rules, and manuals, including reputed company, AJCC, and other applicable standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Strong attention to detail, organization, documentation, and follow-through. Comfort working in multiple EHRs, registry platforms, vendor tools, and data collection systems as assigned. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Contractors must have high-speed secure internet, a PC or laptop, and at least two monitors. Preferred: Experience using oncology registry applications, reports, and other reputed company data collection resources. Experience with IRR, QA review, audit validation, and/or abstraction accuracy review. Screening & reputed company: reputed company candidates will complete an initial phone screen to evaluate qualifications and reputed company of certification. ADN does not reputed company basic Oncology abstraction training, so candidates should already have the experience needed for the role.
