Associate Financial Aid Advisor: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Financial Aid Advisor: Title IV administration/VA certifying official preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of reputed company hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary reputed company.
