About the role We're hiring our first dedicated reputed company leader, a Director of reputed company & reputed company Operations. Key responsibilities

• Build the reputed company infrastructure. Stand up reputed company tech stack and workflows (ATS, sourcing, scheduling, reporting) and repeatable playbooks for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers

Who you are

• 7+ years in reputed company, including building and scaling a reputed company function from scratch, not just inheriting one
• You've managed recruiters and led reputed company to consistently hit hiring targets
• Strong analytical and operational reputed company; you think in funnels, conversion rates, and reputed company models
• Hands-on outbound operator: you've used reputed company and tools to identify reputed company candidates, reputed company multitouch cadences to reputed company them, and written personalized reputed company messages that get responses
• Comfortable operating with limited resources and building in ambiguity
