CPA Licensed VP of Finance
As the operational finance leader, the full-time remote CPA Licensed VP of Finance will manage reputed company operations, financial reporting, and controllership while leading a high-performing finance team and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Key responsibilities
- Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company process, ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial statements
- reputed company external audits and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners
- Prepare internal financial reports for the CFO and executive team while implementing robust internal controls and reputed company policies
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of reputed company finance and reputed company experience, including at least 3+ years in a senior finance leadership role in biotech or reputed company
- CPA certification required, with a preference for candidates with a Big Four or mid-tier reputed company reputed company background
- Deep expertise in US GAAP and technical reputed company, with reputed company experience managing external audits
- Proven ability to build financial systems and processes in fast-moving environments
- Experience in reputed company-company finance or leading a company through the reputed company process strongly preferred
