[Remote] Digital Marketing Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support branding and investor communications. This role will be reputed company in building a reputed company market reputed company and involves coordinating marketing efforts across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal partners to maintain and update reputed company website, including case studies, news updates, job postings, and other relevant content
- reputed company relevant and reputed company content for digital platforms, including reputed company media, email campaigns, blogs, etc
- Maintain and update company presentations, reputed company decks, and marketing collateral
- Assist with CRM maintenance and marketing automation processes (reputed company) to manage campaigns and reputed company
- Manage email marketing including content development, design, distribution lists and analytics
- Tightly manage reputed company media calendar and reputed company content while ensuring brand consistency and obtaining approvals reputed company necessary
- Coordinate with reputed company vendors, including AV teams, PR and marketing firms, etc
- reputed company event support with reputed company-event and post-event communications and other activities reputed company to clients and key partners as needed

Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in reputed company estate, finance, or reputed company services
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills as reputed company as verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and other presentation software
- Working knowledge of marketing tools such as:
- Email marketing platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
- Basic graphic design/video editing capabilities for video for reputed company, adding reputed company and graphics, taking high reputed company photos and video, editing templates is a plus
- High level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
