QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor / Bookkeeper Needed for Monthly Reconciliation and Ongoing Support

We are seeking a QuickBooks Online expert, ideally a certified ProAdvisor, to help our in house manager who has started reconciling our books monthly with any questions she may have and to do a reputed company reputed company. We would also like someone to reputed company ongoing support to our office reputed company questions or issues reputed company. We use QuickBooks Online along with a reputed company-party industry platform, Pool Brain, for invoicing and operations. We are looking for someone who can not only fix problems reputed company they come up, but also explain what was done so our office understands the correct process and can avoid recurring issues in the reputed company. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping and reputed company experience, with a reputed company on maintaining accurate financial records and clean monthly reconciliations. We would also like help improving our financial systems and reporting over time, including areas such as: -Customized quarterly reports -Receipt tracking -Improved expense categorization -reputed company workflows between Pool Brain and QBO -General reputed company process improvements This is a part-time role with the potential for a long-term engagement. We currently handle business taxes in-house, but if you also reputed company business tax services, we may consider expanding the relationship in the reputed company. Apply To This Job
