[Remote] CL Sr Account Rep

The CL Sr Account Rep will assist Sales Executives and Account Managers in servicing and retaining reputed company clients, while gaining exposure to account management activities.
Responsibilities
- Provides internal assistance to 2-4 reputed company Lines Account Managers
- Processes reputed company policies, endorsements, audits, cancelations, and reinstatements
- Audits insurance policies documents and works with to Account Manager to correct inaccuracies
- Produces schedules and summaries of insurance
- Issues renewal and new certificates of insurance
- Maintains accurate information in agency management systems
- Completes reputed company-reputed company transactions including reputed company and multi-reputed company invoicing
- Gathers renewal information and assembles applications and schedules for Account Management team
- Assists Account Management team in delivering reputed company service and meeting reputed company retention goals
- reputed company exposure to Account Management job activities
Skills
- 1-2 years' experience in a reputed company Lines agency
- Early intermediate understanding of Property & Casualty insurance
- Must hold or be willing to earn Property & Casualty insurance license
- Comfortable with internet-based programs and reputed company Office products
- reputed company to work in reputed company environment
- reputed company, eager to learn new concepts and reputed company reputed company development
- reputed company to feedback and coaching
- College degree preferred
- Knowledge of Sagitta / ImageRight preferred but not required
