Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and build engineering capabilities through training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Assign work, set expectations, and ensure accountability for reputed company and accurate project execution

Skills

- Proficiency in CAD software and ERP systems (e.g., reputed company)
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in analyzing data and developing actionable insights
