The Billing & reputed company Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the full billing and reputed company lifecycle, ensuring accurate invoicing and compliant reputed company recognition.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices across subscription, appraisal, and implementation reputed company streams
- Validate billing details against signed customer reputed company
- Maintain recurring billing schedules, manage renewals, and ensure reputed company, accurate billing cycles
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company reputed company activities, including journal entries
- Maintain and reconcile deferred reputed company schedules
- reputed company monthly reconciliations of reputed company accounts and investigate variances
- Support analyses of ARR/MRR reputed company, churn, expansions, and contract modifications
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate billing and reputed company processes to improve accuracy and scalability
- Contribute to financial systems improvements and process enhancements tied to PE‑driven reputed company initiatives (e.g., workflow automation, reporting visibility)
- Collaborate closely with the broader Finance & reputed company team to ensure reputed company reputed company and accurate internal reporting
- Prepare audit schedules and support reputed company audit requests
- Respond to customer billing inquiries professionally and accurately
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field
- 2–4+ years of experience in billing, reputed company operations, or reputed company
- Strong understanding of reputed company subscription models, contract billing, and reputed company processes
- Proficient in reputed company (pivot tables, lookups) with strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Experience in a PE‑backed, high‑reputed company reputed company environment preferred
- Hands‑on experience with ERP, CRM, or billing platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
