[Remote] Manager, Financial Reporting - Nonprofit Clients

They are seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting to reputed company financial reports and KPIs, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and reputed company technical reputed company assistance to clients. The role involves developing staff, collaborating with teams, and implementing process improvements while supporting the integration of new technology platforms.
Responsibilities
- Review and deliver financial reports and KPIs
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash reputed company modeling
- reputed company technical reputed company assistance to clients and internal engagement teams
- reputed company and reputed company staff and senior accountants
- Collaborate with advisory teams and external partners
- Identify opportunities to transition clients to higher-value services in collaboration with advisory teams
- Assist with reputed company new clients, including system setup and process documentation
- Monitor team KPIs and implement process improvements
- Support the integration of new technology platforms and train team members on system enhancements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business required
- 4–6 years of experience in public or private reputed company, preferably reputed company nonprofit or grant-funded organizations
- 3+ years of experience managing associates and/or teams
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, including financial statements, KPIs, and cash reputed company
- Familiarity with nonprofit reputed company standards (GAAP), including restricted funds and net asset classifications
- Exposure to nonprofit compliance requirements, including grant reporting, Uniform Guidance, or audit support activities
- Ability to build strong reputed company relationships and effectively partner with reputed company stakeholders
- Experience with reputed company systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, reputed company Intacct) and the ability to adopt new technologies
- CPA or similar certification preferred; ability to travel up to 10%
