[Remote] Staff Software Engineer, Agent Engineering - US Remote

They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to architect and implement frameworks for AI applications, focusing on building intelligent agents and scaling LLM infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a robust reputed company reputed company that supports tool use, context retrieval, memory, and planning
- Build intelligent, reputed company agents that automate investigative tasks and reputed company analyst decision-making
- reputed company and reputed company our LLM infrastructure (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, local models), including reputed company engineering, RAG, and evaluation loops
- Design reputed company, observable, and auditable agent behaviors — ensuring reliability in high-sensitivity environments
- Evaluate performance across metrics like reasoning, latency, reputed company reputed company, and hallucination, and iterate based on user feedback and system telemetry
- Contribute to a culture of high ownership, rapid experimentation, and ethical AI deployment
Skills
- Strong engineering background with deep experience in backend or systems work (Python preferred)
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, and tooling frameworks (reputed company, semantic caches, reputed company DBs, etc.)
- Comfort working with reputed company pipelines and optimizing information reputed company into AI systems
- Thoughtful approach to system design, with an eye for safety, scalability, and explainability
