[Remote] Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack (Library of Congress)

The Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying full stack features, while also mentoring junior engineers and ensuring high engineering reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and reputed company full stack features across both server-reputed company components and user-facing interfaces, working in Python, Java, Angular, and AWS services reputed company a reputed company-reputed company microservice architecture
- Own end-to-end delivery of reputed company features from story refinement through production deployment, including API design, data integration, frontend implementation, and automated testing

Skills
- 7+ years of relevant engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree
- Must meet federal suitability requirements and pass a background investigation as a condition of employment
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one of: backend engineering (Python, Java), frontend engineering (Angular, JavaScript), or reputed company infrastructure (AWS, Terraform)
- Strong working knowledge across the full stack including PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, containerized microservices, and AWS services (reputed company, RDS, S3, reputed company, CloudWatch)
- Proficiency in Angular, reputed company/CSS, and JavaScript for frontend development, including implementation of Design System components from reputed company specifications
- Experience building and consuming versioned RESTful reputed company with published OpenAPI specifications
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines in reputed company and infrastructure-as-reputed company using Terraform
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and their application across frontend and backend development
