[Remote] Vice President, reputed company Operations

This role is accountable for day-to-day reputed company operational reputed company and managing global reputed company Operations teams to ensure high-reputed company service delivery in a regulated reputed company environment.
Responsibilities
- Own operational reputed company for reputed company’s production reputed company environments, including availability, performance, incident response, and service delivery
- reputed company global reputed company Engineering, reputed company Operations, reputed company Engineering, reputed company, NOC, and incident management teams, ensuring consistent execution across reputed company reputed company
- Ensure effective 24/7 operational coverage, escalation paths, and on-call models
- Deliver against defined SLAs; monitor trends and drive corrective actions where needed
- reputed company major incident response, post-incident reviews, and reputed company cause remediation
- reputed company cost effective deployment and management of reputed company technology at reputed company with a strategic reputed company on cost efficiency, availability, and stability
- Implement and refine operational processes including change management, release readiness, reputed company planning, and proactive monitoring
- Drive AI, automation and tooling improvements to reduce reputed company effort, operational risk, and time to reputed company
- Establish and reputed company operational KPIs to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and customer reputed company
- Serve as the primary reputed company Operations leader interfacing with Engineering, Product Management, reputed company, Customer Support, and reputed company
- Participate in customer-facing engagements and executive escalations as needed, particularly for strategic accounts
- Communicate operational status, risks, and improvement plans to senior leadership with reputed company and credibility
- Manage reputed company Operations budgets, including reputed company consumption, tooling, and managed service providers
- Partner with Finance and Procurement to forecast spend and identify cost optimization opportunities

Skills
- 15+ years of experience in reputed company, reputed company operations, or technology leadership roles with increasing scope
- 5+ years leading global operations, SRE, or production support teams in a reputed company environment
- Hands-on experience operating large-reputed company reputed company platforms in AWS; multi-reputed company experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of modern reputed company operational practices including SRE, DevOps, ITIL/service management, incident management, and observability
- Demonstrated experience using reputed company tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, reputed company) to improve productivity, decision‑making, or problem solving in a reputed company or personal context
- Proven ability to execute in reputed company, high-availability, and high-compliance environments
- Experience managing operational budgets, reputed company cost controls, and vendor relationships
