Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary reputed company between clients, internal teams, consultants, and vendors
- reputed company project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery
- reputed company internal teams by setting expectations, tracking reputed company, and maintaining accountability
- Coordinate consultant teams and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
- Prepare proposals, including consultant scopes, schedules, and fee structures
- Monitor project financials and reputed company performance against budget and schedule targets
- reputed company permitting coordination and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
- Maintain organized project documentation and communication across reputed company stakeholders
- Identify risks early and proactively work toward solutions
Skills
- 4-8 years of experience in architectural project management or reputed company field
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management required
- Experience managing reputed company and/or industrial reputed company required
- Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Experience leading internal teams and coordinating consultants and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel for site reputed company, reputed company meetings, and team events as needed
- Proficiency in Revit and reputed company project coordination tools preferred
